Open online accounts for customers who are domestic individuals. To open an online account, please fill in complete and accurate information, at the same time, take or upload a valid ID / CCCD photo as prescribed.

Within 14 days from the date your account is activated, please complete your application in one of the following ways:
- Option 1: Please bring ID / CCCD to PSI's transaction offices for procedures.
- Option 2: Print and complete the account opening document and send it to the Transaction Point registered by the customer.
- Option 3: PSI's sales representative will contact you to assist in completing the application.
Past this time limit, if PSI has not received a valid set of documents, the client account will go into the status of Temporary Stop Out.
After 30 days from the date your account is activated, but PSI does not receive a valid application, and your account has no balance of money and / or securities, the system will automatically close the account. . At the same time, the system will send email / SMS to inform you.
