PBOND bonds are bonds issued by the Issuing Organization under the Disclosure of Information.
The bond depository organization is the Vietnam Securities Depository or an organization that is a member of the Vietnam Securities Depository providing the service of registration and depository of corporate bonds for the Issuing Organization.
Bond Ownership Statement means a document issued and regulated by PSI, first issued to the Owner or renewed to the Transferring Parties or upon request by the owner to confirm information about the Transfer. bond ownership by bond holders. The bond ownership certificate is only meant to announce the bond balance of the bond holder at the time of printing the Certification. The prescribed form is attached in the Bond Management Regulation.
