Customers wishing to trade securities can contact to open a trading account at PSI. Customers can choose from one of the following methods:

1. Open an account at transaction counters

• Customers should contact the teller for detailed advice.
• Customers bring ID card (original, still valid) to the transaction offices of PSI to sign the account opening contract.

2. Register to open an account online

• Customers access the website http://online.psi.vn to the “Open an Online Account” and fill out the information on the Profile “Opening a Securities Trading Account”.
• Customer's profile will be sent to the Customer Service Center. PSI will contact customers as soon as possible to complete the remaining procedures.

3. Open an account by phone

• Please call PSI's Customer Service Center at 1900.55.88.38 or (84-4) 3987 2888 for advice on Personal information registration and instructions on completing the account opening procedure.
