Customers wishing to trade securities can contact to open a trading account at PSI. Customers can choose from one of the following methods:
1. Open an account at transaction counters
- Customers should contact the teller for detailed advice.
- Customers bring ID card (original, still valid) to the transaction offices of PSI to sign the account opening contract.
2. Register to open an account online
- Customers access the website http://online.psi.vn to the “Open an Online Account” and fill out the information on the Profile “Opening a Securities Trading Account”.
- Customer's profile will be sent to the Customer Service Center. PSI will contact customers as soon as possible to complete the remaining procedures.
3. Open an account by phone
Please call PSI's Customer Service Center at 1900.55.88.38 or (84-4) 3987 2888 for advice on Personal information registration and instructions on completing the account opening procedure.
